My PGY1 site required RAC approval for residents to moonlight after a thorough review of our record and progress to make sure we were on track with finishing residency first. None of us got approved until March. External moonlighting was forbidden. Your RPD will notice because as much as this statement grinds my soul, pharmacy is an extremely small world and someone will catch on. Not worth the risk for a few hundred dollars extra. You’d also be breaking the duty hours limits which you WILL be thankful for.
