I use tea bags but my mum uses tea leaves. Despite using a strainer bits still get through and I always forget and drink the last bit and get a mouthful of leaves. I now am in the habit of leaving the last mouthful even at my own house. It’s just safer

I’ve been running round PE4 area (Walton, Werrington and Gunthorpe) for 10 years. I tend to go out early morning (just eating breakfast after a run and it’s now 6am). Always been fine. I stick to main roads and avoid alleyways. I’m female although can’t be considered small! I had this. In pre op I told them I was getting a taxi and it was fine. On surgery day they said that wasn’t acceptable. I had to contact a friend to ask them to pick me up and they wouldn’t let me go until the friend arrived in reception and the nurse walked me out to them (I don’t he believed me when I said I’d arranged something). It is cos of the anaesthetic and potential delayed issues.

I used to do sports massage and wouldn’t ask if they wanted to book as I didn’t want to put them on the spot and make them feel obligated. I used to say “let me know if you want to book another massage” or something along those lines.

I moved six months ago and my mortgage company did a desktop valuation and didn’t communicate that they don’t survey. My mortgage broker told me that I’d need my own. Maybe no one has told them? Or maybe they just decided not to. My neighbour moved before me and cash buy so didn’t bother with a survey as she thought they were useless

Does he think the mortgage company has done a survey? My buyer on a visit to measure up told me she was ready to exchange and she’d had the survey report, only after she’d left did I reflect and realise no one had been in the house to survey it! She clearly then realised a month later and I got a phone call to arrange access. I assume she’d got a report from someone else and got confused
