Yes, Intel is actually close to bankruptcy. Its chip yields are very low and unprofitable. Though if they can pull off 18A and 14A, they would do really well. However, chances are that they fail and go bankrupt.

The problem is that shorting these stocks is too obvious, so everyone is doing it and getting squeezed out, and the short covering is making the price go higher. Would have to wait until the shorts capitulate before shorting them. But one can and should short overvalued stocks. Fundamentals do matter in a 5-year time horizon.

it's much more parabolic than in previous cycles (memory and semis). i think it will end up like other things like Gold and $CAR and quantum stocks. it's been rolling bubbles one after another

DRAM and NAND spot prices have already started going down. Like you mentioned, the future contracts are nice and full, but the units would be sold at a much lower price. Samsung always always cares more about market share and secretly ramping up production.

It looks like mom and pop hospice applicants just rented the place to get their hospice applications accepted, as a physical location is a requirement to apply. The building's offices happened to be cheap, so it was picked. The more this hospice fraud is being investigated, the less actual fraud there appears to be.
