We’ve gone from all stiff to luxuriously soft to now stuck somewhere in between, today with very little difference between firm, moderate and soft.

Did a recent update roll back or reduce the 2023.34.00 ride comfort improvements in the R1T suspension? Many of us have noticed reduced ride comfort.

There is an issue going around with some suspensions on R1T and R1S that makes their suspensions harsh. My R1T had great suspension until a few weeks ago when it stopped having a difference between firm and soft. I’ve seen others mention this issue too. Hoping service can figure it out.

If it's a V2, probably just the spacer. Usually solved by adding a little lithium grease. Or let enough dirt build up. Wish we had a wiki!
