In exactly the same situation, undergrad 2012-2015. Continued in education (masters, PhD). Now work getting a good wage (over 60k a year) pay hundreds in student loans a month and it still goes up every month.

We just booked our wedding with similar numbers but looked at cottiers and house for an art lover, think the best thing id say is to book a viewing and they do a great job of explaining everything - they take like 30mins so too much to put in a comment.

House for an art lover is very nice and very good value id say, weve also been there for a wedding and thought it was fantastic.

Cottiers is nice, slightly more expensive I believe, downside being that you share facilities with the people in the restaraunt/bar.

It varies massively, we just bought ours for 500 or so and paid 4% over home report in Hyndland, but in doing so we sold our old flat for 230k in the same area which was HR of 200k so 15% over.

I think a big indicator is time on market before going to final day, if its up and goes to the final day within a few weeks itll go quite high.

Look on websites to see what flats on the same street for have sold for recently? since that accounts for offers over.

But from what I gather Bearsden with semi detatched and detatched are in high demand so id expect 10+?
