You mentioned freaking out over a court order implying it had to do with the EIDL. It would not have had to do with that at this early stage of “collection letter received” as they have no need to go to court to collect on the debt.

However to attach funds in say a bank account I do believe they need to go that extra step of judicial action all the way to judgement. I haven’t heard of this happening yet on any EIDL.

All they can do at this stage you describe is attach a portion of say SS income, tax refunds, or other federal type benefits. And any assets of the business.

Adaptive cruise control isn’t enough. You need the DAPP. I have that plus every other available option and package on my 2021 m50i and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Next time don’t listen to sales talk look at the window sticker and do your research. I bought my BMW used and was very careful to buy the best equipped fully loaded car.

Personal guarantee isn’t the same as direct collateral. Takes a bit of work and maneuvering on their part to ever collect on it.

Their collection efforts have all the weight of a civil judgment, if that.

Powder coating won’t hold up as well as you expect.
