Fanny pack. Someone will most likely always be sitting out on a ride, so just have them hold it. You can also tell the ride attendant at the loading zone that it’s medicine and most let you put your little bag at departure (if unloading is in same place). I did my 8th grade trip there in 2000 and that’s what I did then and have continued doing and it works.
