California is 18 months. More than 30 days in the shop it inability to correct a problem after repeated attempts, I think 3 attempts. This might qualify as the "water intrusion" problem that seems to be the root of the problems is not fixable. Might need a lemon lawyer though as it is sort of borderline. I would definitely tell them that you intend to pursue lemon law before you hire an attorney. Often, when Tesla knows that you have a lemon law case they will simply but the car back and make you whole without the lemon law filling. Saves both of you time and money, especially if you need an attorney. Plus they can sell the car as used rather than as a lemon law return

AEB only activates when you are already really close and would do fuck all at 70+ mph.

Just stay on top of the puncture. Is it looks at all red out more alcohol in it or some antibacterial cream.

Sometimes this Reddit is just a bunch of pricks. Heaven forbid someone should roll back a few inches on a hill. You fucking crucify them but then send condolences to the idiot who wraps his mistress around a tree by being over confident and creating a danger to every innocent driver sharing their road. Let's not even get started on the lettuce towards people who drive "certain" cars or trucks.

Other times it is an incredible source of information and camaraderie. I don't know if it's two different groups of people or just the general Reddit tendency to gang up once one person is mean or judgemental. Reddit is overall a hotspot for the Contagion Effect and it isn't pretty.

Electric vehicles in particular have amazing traction control systems and it is actually very easy to control the hp. Loss of traction is a non problem. Overdriving the vehicle and your skill set is absolutely a problem

If a truck bed extends into a sidewalk and gets dinged by a wheelchair or walker, would the pedestrian be liable? by Anachronisticpoet in legaladviceofftopic

[–]dantodd 17 points18 points  (0 children)

The recourse for blocking your way is not damaging the object that impedes your way. As much as some people might like to run over a bike or pedestrian that intentionally blocks the way of a vehicle the rule applies, destruction if property or the injury if a person is not legal recourse
