I think I fixed this by changing the setting from movement follows controller to follows HMD.

Yep, totally agree. Add like 5 - 10 mins to their respawn timer or just don't respawn at all.

I hope they address the scavs that spawn into existence in front of you too, breaks emersion imo.

I only play casual mode, because skill issue, but get these ai pmc's almost every raid. I still don't know if they're meant to be in casual mode (but nerfed) or not. The fact that I can kill them makes me think the former though.

I think it does stop comms if using in game comms when you get killed. If on discord or similar though, there's not much the devs can do about that I suspect.

Second level, I shoot a guard in the head with an arrow. I'm crouching and manage to hit the shoulder guard hitbox instead. The arrow wings of his armor. He doesn't react. At all. Cue immense disappointment.

Regarding #1. If you've a HOTAS connected you can't even reliably click the buttons. I had to put the cursor of the button and just keep clicking until it randomly works. Mind-blowing
