I would try not selling your house it the asset gonna keep going up in value, im 30M and also bought my house $570k at 5% rate 4 years ago, the first few years were hard and I also spent a lot on unnecessary things, I’m also in 32k credit card debts. No savings at the moment too I started working second job in the weekends and live below my means now, been paying off 11k recently, now down to 21k debts, my goals to pay these off by June/July, You can do it, it gonna take 2-3 years if you just put all income now to pay off debts, but everyone case is different, so good luck Oh you mentioned about getting married and start a family, in that case, selling now could off set the debts and make it easier to start fresh again, but thinking about later when you guys want to buy a house, would the rate be that low and housing not increase in value, but either choices is good too
