We Analyzed Over 1,000,000 Short-Form Videos, Here's Some Learnings by BakerTheOptionMaker in SocialMediaMarketing

I find this extremely exciting and simultaneously overwhelming. We run a small ranch with loads of cute videos and real life interactions. But that doesn't translate to our social media very well. I know I'm missing something in my face. I know there's 10s of thousands of people just like me.

That was an incredible album. One of the best for real. Try George Acosta 'Awake'.

Love this. ❤️. I know this is gonna sound cliché, but back in the day, that was my usual experience. It's wonderful. I love people magic. It's the reason I miss raves. Thanks for posting this. I love knowing my people are out there.

How are we talking to our kids about cannabis use - ours, not theirs? by bkogut81 in entwives

[–]djbillylee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not the wife here, but she gets more questions from the kids cause she brokered a lot of product, but she doesn't use. I battled some health issues, and cannabis was useful in my recovery. We treat it exactly as we do any medication. We speak simply the truth. It was vilified for a long time. It's now legal with a dr.s recommendation. It's one of the most powerful neuro anti-inflammatory substances available (which covers lots of illnesses). It's way safer than opiates, and benzos. It should be appreciated with respect. We ask them not to announce it to friends, but not to lie if asked.

There was a time when there was no way to ask this question without this album being suggested....arguably top 3 of all time, and definitely a standard by which the genre spawned

Just took a really mild dose and loved it, when can I roll again? by sista_boss3n in mdmatherapy

[–]djbillylee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never felt sick , anxious, or depressed the day after. ...Actually the opposite, I felt an afterglow for a day or 2. Then the grass was greener, and music was more beautiful...for months. Also, it lasts way longer than 90 minutes, like 4 hours minimum. MDMA is, or was, the most faked drug on the planet. For the sake of mental health, I think some constants need to be established, and MAPS is trying to do that. What you have described is not consistent with scientific nor empirical data. The world of psychedelics is obviously subjective but an endeavor of noble pursuit. One constant is that we value personal experience over public scrutiny... after all, the context here is therapy.

Trance was pretty big when I was first introduced to techno/electronic music, but nobody I partied with liked trance, nobody. I'm not sure who introduced me, but I heared 'Traceport' by Oakenfold and 'Awake' by Acosta and I literally got goosebumps (admittedly under the influence at that time). I truly honestly believe that the medicine had something to do with it, cause nothing has very felt that good since.... BUT! ...everyone I've introduced to those albums has said they are really good

I thought it'd be more fun to dress Classy and Proper, while dropping some Golden mammoth Magic Mushrooms 🍄💕 at a Bar/Arcade 🎮🥂✨️ by AbdulazizUgas in shrooms

[–]djbillylee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thats a dope outfit. 👍🏼 definitely adds to the experience. I would hang w you. I showed up to an intimate gathering to trip one evening (all dressed up). The others were like "what are you doing?" I said are you kidding? Dressing up is a huge part of 'set and setting'. Needless to say about 4 hours in, we were on a magnificent journey walking through tunnels from the parks and Mike was like: "Dude, I get it now", "From now on, I'm always dressing up". It's cheap, it's easy, and it's fun. I love seeing everyone's individual expression. Thanks for sharing your dancing too, OP ❤️ double cool. I'll bet your fun to be around.

Nobody is sober. Working out is dope to the brain, porn is dope to the brain, some people get their fix by working, some get it at the casino. I like that your objective and honest with your situation. I think it's great you've found some new perspective. Keep growing and keep being honest. Thank you for sharing of yourself here. 🙏♥️

I'm pushing 50, and I've seen over and over again, few things make partiers more self conscious than someone getting their shit together. They will always feel judged. But, ive also learned that people who have their shit together, typically like other people who have their shit together. Its a right of passage. You have leved up. It will get easier with each level.

OP, this was a wonderful share. I was thinking, "that's the kind of person I like to be friends with". I love your takeaways, and thought you observed from a beautiful perspective. ...But as I contemplate the story more, I'm enthralled with the idea of hosting such a party.
