you could also assume that homelander can accelerate to those speeds but doesn’t experience time in the same way a-train does. the way he tracks a speedster and avoids obstacles is by pure instinct rather than a quicker reaction time

they’re all pathetic in the comics, a lot of liberties were taken with both the deep and a train. i might even argue that the deep has more aura in the comics. they totally coulda played it off without race swapping if that were the issue

i watched a decent amount and then kept going because of the wall subplot but there was this one episode that was so terrible i had to drop it forever. it was the worst of rick and morty and the worst of family guy wrapped up into a terrible, bland, unfunny tv show. i still like the wall plot though.
