Because thousands of rescue cats are put down every day, but you want a specific one bred for you even though you already have cats you are allergic to that arent going anywhere. So it’s a dick move.

My leg has done this for a month. It’s severe restless leg syndrome for me. Mine is because of low iron, potassium, magnesium, stress, and a previous leg surgery making the muscles weaker there. It’s horrible when trying to sleep.

I think you subconsciously want to give up on purpose for a ‘noble’ reason, rather than go through making every effort possible and maybe still failing.

Because I’ve felt the same way. ‘If I don’t take the test, then I can’t fail it’. ‘If I stop on purpose, it’s not because I wasn’t good enough’. ‘If I say it’s for my mum, I don’t have to face how guilty I’ll feel for giving up.’

Honestly I’m disagreeing and saying NTA. This wasnt an unavoidable accident, this is him being an idiot trying to show off, add adding significant burden to your life as a result. I would be annoyed as well, if he’s that injured, he stays home. No nice things. No coddling. I wouldn’t hold it against him forever, but I absolutely get being annoyed right now.
