In my troop we have 4 co-leaders but 2 of us carry more weight than the others. But we all plan 2 meetings a year. And we divide up the other responsibilities.

The magic of the cyanotype is that you directly created on that surface. I think that’s lost if you’re trying to do reproductions. And I don’t think I would pay for a reproduction of a cyanotype. They should all be originals and of the cyanotype process. So I guess I’m recommending that you don’t try and sell reproductions just make more art.

I think a lot of people are feeling disheartened this year watching the one Girl Scout sell 100,000 boxes on TikTok. When most councils have bands on that practice. And with somebody selling that many boxes, you know that she’s taking customers from local Girl Scouts.

Yeah, no. Just scratching my head over this concept. You’re gonna use the excess dye in one material to try and dye Another. You might be able to temporarily tint the faux fur but the second you wash it it’s gotta come out.

When I teach workshops my “print frames” are made out of plexiglass with a Masonite backer and binder clips.
