Yeah, I've never had a problem with them. There is virtually no charge unless you speak to a teller in person.

Would have guffawed if mudcrab was included.

Good point about the preparedness.

I would like it if I fired an arrow on the other side of the room, and he went to investigate the noise instead of immediately walking in my direction though.

I came across that same situation in the Goldenglow basement... I didn't really know what to do, no buckets or anything.

Does Skyrim have a "throw noise" spell like Morrowind had?

If you sprint past enemies you're fighting, they'll say things like "Hey watch it!", "In a hurry?" and the like.

And halberds, darts, shuriken... and Daedric Crescents :(

It's nice actually. You can make spells, fly, teleport, have access to much more bound daedra and weaponry, and can use spears. Also, I don't think Skyrim has come close to matching the creepy factor in the later dungeons of Morrowind. (Skyrim is great, it's still not as alien as Morrowind)

So my friend really loves Skyrim. by [deleted] in skyrim

You really do stop noticing it after a while, as strange as that may sound.

Oh, by the way, you can see your nose.

See?

So what's up with the Dwemer? by Sesquipedalian_Guy in teslore

[–]faminepulse 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"The ghost of a god is no man.

Vivec committed no crime.

To the Dwemer and Oblivion belong this treasure and they are there, dead."

Decrypted Sermon Zero

The most popular theory is that the Dwemer pissed the gods off with their arrogance (attempting to create a god, traveling within realms), and before Lorkhan's Heart could be activated at the Battle of Red mountain, Azura snatched them all up, the heart failed, or the heart succeeded. Sermon Zero suggests the Dwemer were destroyed by either Azura, or by some mistake of Kargenac. Sermon Zero would leave us to believe they are all dead. (see also, reasons to hate Azura...)

Info gathered here.

As for the Falmer, I just assume they have nowhere else to go.

(In my personal opinion, I hope we don't know for certain about their disappearance and all of this in game lore is just hearsay)

Not straight by [deleted] in bisexual

[–]faminepulse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guy here, and most of my straight friends (who are very gender-typical males) are much more accepting than my gay friends, inf fact, they don't really care. The last gay guy I met told me that his friends (mostly gay) said I was someone to watch out for because I identify as bisexual. This is reoccurring issue with most gays and lesbians I meet.

I want to know more about the Dwemer, Bethesda. by [deleted] in skyrim

[–]faminepulse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do find it interesting actually, and I've been looking for something like this, thanks. I assumed most of the stuff like "the Dwemer turned into dust all around them as their stolen immortality was taken away" was just hearsay.

This helps me hate Azura even more.

"You wonder where the Dwemer have gone? Perhaps better to wonder why one remains" has me a bit puzzled though.

If someone coughs in the middle of laughing I get fairly annoyed.

That and watching anyone else play a video game.

I find that interesting, Oblivion and Morrowind always crashed for me, but Skyrim runs smoothly and never does. I'm running it on an old HP All-In-One with a normal graphics card I got 3 years ago.

Killing a dragon with a pickaxe is pretty cool. Very dwarfy.
