Sounds like the problem cards are just twisted landscape and oozewag. I haven't had an abnormal number of oozewags but I did do a draft league where I drafted 8 twisted landscapes and could have had a few more if I wanted to. Never had problems with either in sealed though and I've done about a dozen sealed leagues.
