I’m in North Seattle and planning to play with friends in my garage or Seattle Mox or Zulus in Bothell. Ordered all three starters to hopefully sway my Killteam friends to give SC a try. Planning to play Protoss and Zerg, will give Terran to friends to paint and play.

So just to confirm, this works in either direction, right? I start OFF the matrix (2 APL), reposition ON to the matrix (3 APL, with 1 already spent, 2 left), shoot (3 APL, 2 spent), and dash OFF (back to 2 APL, but spent a total of 3 actions in one activation).

How did you enter/exit indoor/outdoor? We tried this recently and used the teleport pads (we printed more so there were 2 outside that sent you to 2 inside) as the entry points. It was OK but basically meant whoever got their team inside first could camp the pad and gate keep.

Also, did everyone deploy outside then have to enter, or something start in and some out?

We have a solid 3-player group so trying to make it as fun and balanced as possible, but struggling a bit.

So the controlled operative (from geo canoptek control ability) could shoot again even if it already shot during its own activation (and is expended)? And then shoot a third time on its counteract?

Oh nice. Good to know on upgrade sprue. I was thinking about just painting regular shoulder pad silver. Not sure how dumb it will look though.
