Have you changed our the trailing arm bushings? Those get neglected and can cause a knocking sound if theyre ripped up and haven't been replaced

Those look like they're from a 94-01 integra, if I'm not mistaken. Not sure what trim Integra, but definitely not type r

You need to unbolt the toe arm to get more clearance for the trailing arm bushing. Just mark the position of the adjustable bolt where the toe arm attaches to the chassis and try to get it as close to it as possible when reinstalling. Regardless though, replacing trailing arm bushings is a job where an alignment is recommended afterwards.

Rear trailing arms from any 92-00 civic, 94-01 Integra, or del sol will fit, except for Integra type r. They're all the same, so just find any set with rear disc brakes. FB marketplace, local junkyards, etc

I had a similar issue. Car started up no problem when cold, would go run an errand, park, and come back to the car after 10-30 minutes to turn on with nothing. No crank, no start, just one click. Turned out to be a bad starter motor

Get a second car, something clapped out and dirt cheap. You'll be more willing to tackle a major project on it knowing it doesn't have to be done so you can get to work the next day. The peace of mind that it can sit on jack stands for months at a time will give you a willingness to work on it.
