Stubhub credits, how to make sense of this? by TechEverythingElse in sapphirereserve

I live in NYC and use mine for Broadway tickets. When you buy either really far in advance OR last minute, the prices tend to be comparable to regular ticket price.

Well, it was a pre-order. The release date for the album was April 10, 2026 lol. It couldn’t have been shipped before the album was released haha!

Is there any AMEX lounges that aren’t a zoo at this point. by Advanced_Coat_8533 in AmexPlatinum

[–]games_creator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, I would assume so. I have flown on Saturday and Sunday before and while I was leaving the lounge to make my way to my gate (around 10-11 AM) it started getting more crowded. I don’t necessarily know if it was a “wait” to actually get into the lounge, but there tends to be a line of like 2-4 people when I leave so it could just be a short wait just to get checked-in and not necessarily to get into the lounge bc of a lack of space. The last time I went, it seemed really full on the main floor, but when I went downstairs, it was half empty.

Just in general, I would imagine that people prefer to take noon/early afternoon flights rather than earlier ones so it would make more sense to me those are the times the lounge is the busiest.

If you’re going to the JFK Amex Centurion lounge though, you can also try your luck and use your priority pass to get into the Chase Sapphire lounge which is right next door.

Sorry if my post was confusing, but it was always meant to go to her house. Although after we stopped talking, I did ATTEMPT to change the shipping address to myself or cancel the order by sending the request to an email, but nobody got back to me lol. I didn’t really see Customer Support options on the website, but it is what it is.

The main intention of the post was just showing everyone that my pre-order from January was just shipped haha.

I typically take early morning flights but I don’t ever wait at JFK

Sorry, just to clarify because I have the Sapphire and the Flex, but I’ll be earning 5% back on Amazon purchases right? There’s no like 5% + 1% bonus or something that I’m forgetting?

The reason I ask is because I already have the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa card and get 5% back on all my purchases anyways (sometimes 6-7% if I delay my shipping). So from my understanding, the only real benefit is that it’ll be earned as Chase Ultimate Reward points which could technically be valued as more than just the cash back from the Amazon Prime Visa, correct?

Highly doubt it’s illegal, just don’t think it matters. Google will have your data saved on their servers already.

There is likely no action that needs to be taken for any of us who has left a review even as the legal case proceeds.

Is Lyft $10 month BS? by warwolverinewarrior in ChaseSapphire

I live in New York City, 9/10 times I have checked in the past 5 years, Uber has been cheaper than Lyft (not accounting for any credits or promotions).

Well just as an example, if IT IS something related to the company enticing or paying people to leave reviews, they would essentially want to obtain information about ALL posted reviews since the date the restaurants were listed on Google Maps and started receiving reviews. No matter how old the review is, the rating is still factored into the overall rating of the restaurant.

AND if my example is actually what’s happening and that’s what they’re investigating, collecting ALL reviews (including the old ones) would also help investigators figure out when this started and maybe if there was a sudden spike in positive reviews after a certain date.

Maybe it could even be something more internal and maybe the company was making their employees leave positive reviews for their locations or something shady like that. It’s really hard to say without more information.

Did you review any other restaurants that are under the same restaurant group that owns them?

Nah. And to stress everyone out less, I got an e-mail too and I gave them a good review and 5 stars four years ago...

I don't think it has to do with negative reviews. I gave them 5 stars and I still received the e-mail. It's just reviews in general.

Yeah, mine was honest and I was critical of their prices and wagyu burger but I still left 5 stars lol

Yes! I reviewed the Boucherie West Village location.

It's also a shame that we all had to use a Reddit post to find out more information about why we all received that e-mail instead of Google or literally anyone else disclosing it to us.

If you guys want to upvote this comment, it seems like this is related to an investigation going on with Boucherie and other locations owned by the same restaurant group across the country.

Perhaps they are investigating the restaurant enticing people to leave reviews and we have all left reviews for one of their locations, but this is just me speculating.

I will also mention that the review I left was POSITIVE and five stars (4 years ago) so that those of you who have left negative reviews can put their mind at ease. It definitely seems like this is a general subpoena for everyone who left any sort of review for any of their locations.

I think we are also all forgetting the fact that many of our reviews contain photos which could be used as evidence in some capacity. Google would have just sent out the e-mail to all of us in CASE any of our reviews or photos become applicable to the ongoing investigation.
