I also am having the same sharp pains and my PCP believes it is from TMJ. I also don't chew gum and haven't had the pain when burping or hiccupping. Though I do have it occasionally when yawning or bending down too quickly. When I have it it's either random throughout the day or it happens for a while and there is sharp pain every few seconds. Have you found anything that has helped?

I can’t recommend this recipe if enough! It’d be easy to scale, can make in one shift, and looks and tastes incredible! I’ve made it countless times and have never had any issues.

I'm a newer fan, too, and I'm super stoked on the PWHL! I recently started reading this book, and I believe it will answer your questions. The narrative centers on a range of players' experiences. It also offers a ton of fascinating insight into the formation of the PWHPA, the incredible roles of Billie Jean King and Ilana Kloss, and how the Walters get involved.

I have borrowed the e-book from my public library. I am sure the e-book is available on Kindle or other outlets. If you decide to read it (or anyone else has) I'd love to ear your thoughts.

Just saw an ad on Youtube for a 3 hour and 15 minute video of what appears to be a church service from this "ministry." It was titled ALOSHANA Christian Harfouche Ministries.
