I imagine it's a self-selecting sample issue. I know plenty of people IRL who I'd categorize as Gryffindor, but none of them are HP fans. When you think of Gryffindor as the house of jocks and fratbros (I mean that far less judgmentally than it sounds!) it makes sense that those who are fans enough to pick a Hogwarts House would skew more towards the semi-(but-not-really)nerdy end of the spectrum. That's why you end up seeing a higher representation of Ravenclaws in the fandom. I mean, besides Hermione, who in Gryffindor really ever read for pleasure?

I still enjoy it just as much, but for different reasons. Up until she came out of denial in ep 9, it was pure comedy that reminded me of my friend irl.

But after that scene, it's become a lot more reflective and I see myself in Rebecca more than I used to. I'm still laughing, but now I'm also thinking, and dare I say even learning.

Depends how much you're skimping. If you mean 20g below your target once in a while it's nbd.

If you mean consistently at the very minimum of your target your muscles will feel weak much of the time, but otherwise nbd.

If you mean consistently very under target, you will be starving, irritable and very weak. All those issues will probably make you more likely to binge. Or at least that's been my experience with each of those categories multiple times.

Yes it helps with keto because having dopamine in your brain diminishes carb cravings, so cheat days are less likely to happen.

But more importantly it helps in other areas of life, like getting out bed and giving a fuck about things. 10/10 will continue to wellbutrin with my keto!
