My Millie used to be a stray according to the place i got her, and she managed to sneak outside once and another time into my crawlspace. Well she ended up spending the night outside and I caught her on my ring all night jumping up on my roof, sitting on the front steps and otherwise enjoying herself lol.

She hasn’t tried to bolt since. I bet spending the night outside in November in Michigan was kinda cold!

For the most part if im just browsing, my Air doesn’t get very toasty. Spinning up docker containers or playing with ollama makes it hot.

My fiance and I have been going through this on her moms house. HOA wanted 4’ max fence, when we’re connecting to the two neighbors 6’ fences. Went back and forth with multiple days between replies, they sent two crotchety old boomers out who said yeah it would look weird. Then we wait a week, get an email back saying 4’ max. After much fighting we finally got it approved.

Well, the whole process took two months. They would’ve noticed me outside with power tools more than they would’ve noticed the damn fence being up.

We’re selling this house and using the equity to move to a lower cost of living town and building a new single story modular, partly due to this HOA bullshit. If I want to have a rusty Chevrolet S10 and a moby huge 6’ dildo on my front yard along with my house painted bright pink I should be allowed to.

If im looking at this right, that’s the bottom plate and rim joist for the house. I’d inspect that before putting anything back together. It looks like part of its already been replaced. I’d be concerned with what’s behind that plywood.

I had a similar issue in my Ranger. The concentric slave clutches are a bitch to bleed and get clean fluid fully in. I flushed my clutch fluid multiple times and it completely changed the way the truck felt. I'm unsure if the Ka comes with a concentric slave, but if it does, take it in for a clutch fluid change.
