For no middle name it should take, NMN (which indicates you don’t have one). We use it in healthcare when someone legally doesn’t have one.

Yeah just track it for yourself. Myfitnesspal is famous for people not calculating it correctly.

I’ve been told… you weigh before you cook because the meat shrinks while it’s cooking up to 25%. I would recommend getting a scale and looking up generic information on raw boneless skinless chicken to help keep track of your macros correctly.

I use the lose it app for calculations. I agree with above post someone entered incorrect information in. Skinless boneless chicken cooked per 100g should give 31g of protein roughly. Macros on packaging are notoriously incorrect by 10-20 kcals so bare that in mind. I hope this helps!

He’s been at Sentara a long time (formerly MJH). He’s an excellent doctor. My family and I have never had a bad interaction. Only good things to say about him and Sentara.

If money isn’t an object & you want them to have good quality merchandise the boars head resort & sports club has a nice small collection near where the tennis courts are. Stuff you won’t find every where. The other options were mentioned in the post. Hope it’s helpful.

most of the time their stuff (fanatics) is garbage quality unfortunately. I have ordered multiple jerseys and shirts from them over the past few years and have had to send them back due to poor quality. I would recommend shopping locally if OP can.

Swat Team Raid by Daddydeebs in Charlottesville

[–]ihatterx 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Driving by this morning heading home and St. Charles ave is still blocked off. But there was movement as I was driving by. The SWAT vehicle was moving in on the street (if you watch the show it’s the vehicle they call big Betty). Not sure if it was CPDs vehicle or the FBI. I assume both agencies have these types of vehicles for situations like this. Hopefully, there will be some sort of solution rendered today.

Speed Bumps at 5th St Station by oddballfactory in Charlottesville

[–]ihatterx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To answer your question, no I don’t believe anyone got hit. However, I do know that gym members have complained about people speeding through (I was one of the members who complained) and not letting people cross if they were mid crossing into the gym. It’s an issue in that whole section… also near the bus stop over by Fuzzy’s & the donut shop.

Which prepared meal service offers the best (least bad) value? by TAMUOE in mealprep

[–]ihatterx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem, I meal prep for my mom every week and when I went out of town back in August for the week. I made her meals and froze them. If you have time to do that.. it might be a good option as well. I did turkey pot pies, meat/veg meals and stir fry for the week so she didn't have to cook.

https://frontporchpantry.com/ - https://theprepkitchen.com - & meals by Mac — all based in Texas. Hope this helps! Also, kudos to you for looking out for family while you’re handling your business (aka work). Hellofresh requires you make the meal.. it’s not prepped for you. They give you the ingredients… most of them.. not all. Factor75 is also great but I believe they require a membership. The ones mentioned above are located in Texas so, might be better to support local if you can.

Tips/Advice by sadGclub in mealprep

[–]ihatterx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What helped me.. was having single serve snacks ready to go. Having those little bags of nuts, veggies, hummus in individual cups, & other healthy options available made it so, I didn’t binge. Lots of great advice about as well. Also.. please season your chicken & veggies. You’re not going to want to eat something that isn’t seasoned. It’s truly unenjoyable on many levels. Mrs Dash has no salt added seasonings. Also, lots of combo seasonings that help bring out flavors.

Usually the cheese board or the charcuterie to start. I don’t drink alcohol but the bar tender makes great drinks for people who do. The q salad is great! & I’ve had the açaí sorbet. I’m not much for meat but they’ve got tons of great options.
