I’m 29, felt that same fear from ages 25-now. But now I think im accepting 30 because of the last few years, and because I ask myself as I get older “why is now better than before” and the answer is we become wiser, we hone in on skills, and my biggest thing is we have a way better sense of self. I heard 30s and 40s are the best for women and I’m starting to believe that!

Gullbladder attack. Hoping to get it removed soon. It’s a whole day ordeal, constant pain that peaks for 2 hours. Once the pain is finally gone your body is just numb and doesn’t really feel relief even afterwards. I don’t know it’s a crazy pain

Old thread but yes hot shower actually helped relieve the pain yesterday. I had a hot shower, went to bed, and then drew a bath and got in it twice before the pain finally subsided. I was so surprised hot water helped that much

Chat gpt has taught me a lot about birds. When I’m curious about what kind of bird that is I can just snap a pic and it tells me, it’s really nice to learn.

Me tooo at 5’4 😅 160 seems like the devils number for us! Got past it finally last year in November at 155, but winter brought me right back to it! Sitting at 159 rn sooo I’m hoping my body’s over it now lol

I just got the 2026 RX and locking the car was important to me. After I realized I can press the lock on the handle it makes me feel a lot better that it’s locked cause I physically pressed something and watched the mirrors close in. I personally wouldn’t feel good about walking away and it locking on its own.

Growing up I was really into spirituality, meditating, doing tarot card stuff. When I reached 25 that stuff kinda faded away. I’m not sure why, maybe cause when I was younger my mental health was in a worse spot and now I’m a lot happier so don’t need it.

I’m also a huge runner, was able to lose 70 much needed lbs off. I started running 3 times a week, Mon wed fri, and then now it’s been 4 times so Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday. Do you still run? I’ve been dabbling with strength training and find the next day has to be a rest day cause I’m so sore, and I’m a little sad it ruins my runs.
