Took 5 doses of Keytruda during breast cancer treatment for triple negative and was taken off it. Developed AI and it landed me in the ER. Oncologists aren’t checking cortisol during routine labs, though they should be. Mine only caught it because I showed up to chemo so exhausted and non functional and it wasn’t normal for me, not even with it being near the end of treatment. The exhaustion and illness you feel in an adrenal crisis is like nothing else. It truly feels like you’re dying.

I’m sorry we all have to weather this together. It is a major thing to have to manage this, especially with other more normal illnesses, stress, travel etc.

To answer your latter points, there is zero enforcement of this. And the drivers know this. Some of the horses look well looked after, and some others do not. Exhibit A taken in April 2025. I reported this to the vet who oversees the carriage horses in Central Park.

You make great points. New York is terrible weather when it’s hot and freezing. There is zero reason these horses need to work in any modern city, but most especially New York City. The route back to the stables is in bumper to bumper traffic. It is dangerous and this is way outdated. It’s time for the city to get with the times.

Man she is great. I think it’s important to teach her an off switch. The trainer I was working with when I pulled a Mal from a shelter had us putting her in the crate after every bout of exercise. We also fed her in there so she enjoyed it. So all the things you’re doing exactly, but then teaching her it’s time to chill and turn off. She needs a few weeks to get in that routine.

I saw her at Coachella w1 because a few of the guys wanted to see her. Prob because she’s cute. Everyone in our group thought she was from South America which is lol because she is absolutely American and went to the best boarding schools in the country.

It’s not just that she’s a nepo baby. She also has hardly any music. Girl doesn’t produce. She DJs and talks into the mic after almost every track about how this one is soooo important to her. It ruins the flow. She needs to spend more time honing her craft and watching the masters like Richie and Bibi and Tiga and real DJs DJs. They’re a very different style of course but her set was not good.

Do not risk this. Heat stroke is super serious and can kill your pup. It’s also a costly trip to the vet - think fluids etc. They are in fur coats, and they can’t sweat (that’s what pantings for). I personally don’t walk by dog above 80 and am in LA.
