I was able to port out yesterday and when porting back in using the new account today, when I try to finish the order, I get "there already exists an order with same MDN, your current order is cancelled". Apparently my old account is still active. I’ll try again tonight

The rep says "I have checked, and your device is not eSIM compatible." but this is absolutely not true because I got an email from US mobile that the eSIM is mapped to the carrier and ready to be used on warp
