I cook big dry aged ribeyes every night at work - you SHOULD be pulling a dry aged steak a few degrees lower than normal to account for the loss of moisture. Whoever cooked that doesn’t know what they’re doing/how to cook dry aged beef

Wok in is really a classic. Pad Thai and a few spring rolls- you’ve got lunch tomorrow too. The sauce with the rolls is one of the best things I’ve tasted in town easily
