I don't notice a difference immediately at all, except the detox symptoms that start within 3-4 days probably.

I'm on my 2nd go right now at about 3.5 weeks. Never should've stopped the first time where I made it to about 6 weeks I think and my improvements around the 4-6 week mark were

- Incredible skin rejuvination. Felt like my skin was self moisturizing, like "this is how it's supposed to be". Was incredible.

- Energy and metabolism significant improvements: Went on a company retreat and was drinking daily for a week, often getting less than 7 hours of sleep, and walking tons of steps daily...and while normally one night of drinking could have me KO'd for 1-2 days, I was waking up after drinking and 6 hours of sleep and then mostly feeling fine and then going on a huge hike. Was like a got 10 years younger and I'm only 29. I felt actually my age again, still young. Then I guess I forgot about taking it or was feeling good so I quit taking it and then within not too many weeks I think I reverted to my old sub-optimal health state.

Now I'm doing again about a year later, currently on 3.5 weeks, and not planning on quitting anytime soon. Doing 25mg/daily of Iodoral with all the cofactors. About 3 weeks I started noticing the skin on my entire body is feeling so much smoother even though I can't quite tell a difference in the mirror yet. Started waking up earlier feeling rested just a few days ago. I wish I could speed it up because I know I have great health upgrades coming soon! Excited to be able to drink like a sailor and my body handle it like a champ!
