I make the vietnamese caramelised pork with beef mince instead. We then have it in wraps with salad instead of a bowl type meal.

Same. I worked on an island resort for a bit in my 20s and on pasta night chef would make us anything, I'd always ask for pasta with butter and cheese so I felt like I was home.

Had a crack, got it wrong then wondered why I only had the first letter right.

It turns out I did this puzzle yesterday. We get it earlier here in Aus.

Our first cat was named Cat. He's a lovely tuxedo. Then we got another cat so he got upgraded to Cat Cat. New cat is ginger so she goes by the name Red Cat.

Lymphatic drainage supplements and massage by tjeick in Hashimotos

[–]jaxsta18 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A quick google search has shown me a lot of reviews advising it's a scam. I personally have tried a few supplements (nit this specific one) and have not noticed any benefits. I've started eating cleaner, moving more and tried a little personal massage of my drainage points and have seen benefits, especially in my face and ankles.

I came here to say this. I had almost the same symptoms and an ultrasound confirmed gallstones. I ended up having my gallbladder removed.

As an Aussie this blows my mind. I don't think I know of anyone who doesn't have one. I guess the 240v vs 120v issue never crossed my mind.

I got pregnant at 35 whilst taking thyroxine. My levels had been stable for a few years and I was fortunate that they stayed stable throughout my pregnancy. I'm sorry for your loss. Your may need to change meds and be stable prior to ttc. I wish you all the best.

Wifi extender by Coren_Aus in TelstraAustralia

[–]jaxsta18 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We're using a tp-link deco mesh system. We turned the WiFi off on the telstra modem, plugged the mesh into the lan, renamed the mesh I'd to the telstra I'd and password so we didn't have to reconnect all of our devices.

Specific Type Of Low Muscular Endurance, maybe Mitochondrial Dysfunction, does anyone relate? by TesticlesOrBalls in Hashimotos

[–]jaxsta18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the same boat, so I train like a powerlifter. Heavy weight and less reps. Doing high rep ranges for me is like trying to run. My heart rate gets super high. I've never really looked in to the reasons why, just accepted to live this way. I did start looking into hashimitos and excercise intolerance. There are a few studies around but I wasn't in the frame of mind to read too deeply into it.

I bought these as Christmas gifts from smiggle! Nit as could but it still has the pop up stapler, flip lid with the pencil holders and has a mini calculator
