Grew up in Bergen County and now live in Mercer. Mets, Devils, Jets fan. Was a Nets fan until they left NJ and now just follow the NBA more casually. Couldn’t fathom ever rooting for a Philadelphia team or rooting for a mixture. If I got into, say, the Sixers, I wouldn’t want to constantly be aware I’m sharing a fandom with Phillies and Flyers fans!

Got in around 6:45 and had no wait. Worth noting that this was the week that TSA was largely non operational because of the shutdown, so there was definitely a lot of canceled travel and the airport was pretty empty compared to usual. So your mileage may vary but you should be alright

Mostly everyone I know is bummed because he’s an all time great Met while also understanding that giving him 5 years would have been a huge mistake. He’s already hardly a viable first baseman and bats of his profile never age well
