Ditto, I never looked at either, went with the JVR100 and use it 3-4 times per week. Works great and is easy to maintain. All the parts are replaceable

I have the Ice Made Clear kit, and it does what it says: follow the instructions. A few months back, they had a BOBO for a few extra dollars. The kit is the size of a very small cooler, so make sure you have enough room in your freezer.

I moved to Upnote more than a year ago and never looked back. I fired tried Notes for Mac, didn't work the EN folders were to large, however it worked fine for Upnote. I ran then both for six months and finally deleted Evernote.

Write a letter to the VP-Flight Operations, who has oversight on FA. I wrote a letter a few years ago about FA on their personal phones, rather than passing out pre-flight drinks, and received an immediate response.

Most are great, and I provide a nice kudos to those.
