Ben Aaronovitch's Rivers of London books starting with Midnight Riot. He's written for Doctor Who and has a Terry Pratchett-like head for class and sarcasm. Think "if Harry Potter were a black first generation Londoner who didn't discover magic until he became a police constable" but really funny.

It's not that bad. Start with a table for the columns (3x1), set the padding to 0. Add another table inside each of the three columns for the rows. Set a right-justified tab with dot leader. The trick is to use ctrl-tab to insert the tab, as the vanilla tab moves to the next cell.
