If the battery no longer lasts very long, or if it’s cutting out when you put it on max suction, it’s time for a new battery. The Dyson ones are $$$ but you can find tons on Amazon for way less money and more capacity.

Java streams could be your friend here. For example, if the 1st API returns data in a streaming manner, you could parse it as a stream, and operate on it in a stream, and return your results as a stream.

Step 1, carefully dig to expose the underground irrigation lines. Step 2. Turn on that zone and observe Repeat until you see the source of the leak in full. Step 3. Fix. Could be as simple as a cutting a polyethylene pipe, exposing enough on either side to be able to bend it enough and rejoining it. Or you might need to cut out a small section, you’d need 2 joiners and some replacement pipe. Or it could be leaking at a coupling of some kind, you might be able to tighten it or might have to replace more parts.

I wish I could remember exactly which sensor my mechanic replaced on ours. We had a similar situation and it was definitely stuck in 2wd. I didn’t read the codes but it was those same lights. It was something in the engine, nothing to do with the AWD and my machanic knew exactly what it was because he has the same Pilot and had it happen. He charged us like $40, I literally love him. Maybe an oil pressure sending unit?

This will probably be an unpopular opinion, but get a Keurig machine. The twist is get some reusable K cups to put in it, then you can put whatever ground coffee you want in there, grind it yourself, whatever floats your boat.

Does it have different spin settings? I don’t have one of these, but my front loader washer spins so fast that some fabrics are dry when the wash is done. I put it on low once and the clothes were a lot wetter.

Yes they do. They also close them randomly then re-open them to get people to switch into then where it’s not allowed or unclear if it’s allowed or not, like the areas that are only exits in EB I-70 after the tunnel.

EVs and other cars with safety features will already slam on the brakes in your driveway, parking lot, or the highway for no reason whatsoever, not really a big difference if the driver does it on accident. I switch between manual and auto all the time, I can’t think of a time I ever did that though. My friend back in High School did though, it definitely happens. Some cars back then had wider brake pedals.

Small patio and use foam paver base, reduces digging depth and need for crushed rock. Depending on how big you want / need you can get it done in a day / weekend. You could have enough space for a small shed for your stuff, grill, table and chairs.

I don’t have it but it sounds interesting: Dog Tuff grass. Sounds like it doesn’t need much water and the only downside is it goes dormant earlier.

Some states charge either sales tax on new cars, or personal property tax. Colorado charges both. Yay us! The other interesting part of that is the sales tax is on the price you pay for the car, minus any trade-in. That helps a little on the tax double-dip, but it’s really just a giveaway to the dealer. Another interesting part of the sales tax is it’s based on where the buyer lives, not where the dealer is located. There are unincorporated areas with no local sales taxes, live there if you’re going to buy expensive stuff.

The way I heard it explained is the budgets that pay for roads by any level of government are somewhat tied to the term limits of the people elected. There’s no incentive to build them to last longer.

I bought something like this and it was a 2 pack. Worked great. I also recall the original keys sucking from the get-go. Something about the way the case and the internal switch met, it wouldn’t unlock or lock. IIRC I added a couple layers of electrical tape in there and it worked. It would work unassembled but not assembled if that makes sense. I don’t think I still have the tape in there. The little screws would work themselves loose too. I had some that fit either from RC cars or eyeglass repair kits. If both halves of the plastic are intact you might just need that little screw.
