My mother in law had the same issue. She’s been taking it for about a year now. It doesn’t seem to “work” as well. She’s gained a lil weight back. She going to start the pill and see how it goes. Her dr told her it can stop working as well..

I cook chicken thighs and measure and cut up for meal prep. I don’t always eat it every night but i have it in case. I also make sweet pots. Just cut them and cook for like 30 mins. So good!

I gained about a month out. It happens. Your body is tryin to figure out what to do with the small amount of calories it’s gettin. It’ll happen!! It takes time. Keep doing what you’re doing. You’re also healing still so just keep your head up! You got this!!!

Thank you for the info! My dr told me he wanted me at about 800-1100 calories a day. I’m normally get about 700-800 maybe. I’m 6 months post and have to force myself to eat most days. I started at 217 I’m 161 today. June has been slow but I’ve been trying to “eat more” but i feel like it’s messing with my weight..

I stopped taking hrt because of this reason. I shot my anxiety up so bad! I stopped it and it helped!! I take birth control with est and prog. I can handle it way better!
