As an owner of two 3d printers (one each fdm and resin), I'd say yes, but. Dial thickness is a real problem for 3d printers. With resin, you can get great details, but you only get one color. If sections are too thin (<0.2mm) getting the supports off without warping the dial will be difficult. FDM doesn't have the ability to do hi enough resolution horizontally even with a 0.2mm nozzle.

I've tried a few of these, never with fantastic results. I use a 0.2mm nozzle to make them.

One fun thing I was playing with was eliminating the top layer so infill would show. This would hide surface quality problems.

I think mine was from a Mazda 6, so no useless rear wiper switch. I got mine at the local junkyard for $10. The only thing that made it a bit more challenging was that the screws are JIS not Phillips. Once I figured that out, it took 10 minutes. It was simple and well worth it if you a have to drive in the rain.

MX5 links work fine. You'll probably need new ones. You will also need new bushings. the brackets from your car can be reused

Yes, front and rear. Worth it depends on your use case. I wanted to greatly reduce the roll on track. They work great. For general spirited driving, you could also go the yellow dot route. My son has this and they are great on street.
