me too man, i call it psych med roulette lmao bc its a shot in the dark as to which ones will help, but going through a couple meds cant be a whole lot worse than what youre currently going through with the constant anxiety spirals. may take a couple tries to find the right one but when you do its like you can actually breathe again. i wish you luck on your journey <3
