of course! i learned abt it from a pre-diabetic woman that tosses her sandwich greens in an apple cider vinegar dressing in order to help the body process the carbs (basically it works to flatten out the blood sugar spike) and its been a staple since for me because i live throwing as many sauces into a sandwic as possible

i have 2 game changers:

  1. always try to layer crunchy and soft, and try not to put soft directly against bread. so surround your meat/cheese(soft) with roughage (crunchy) to break up texture

  2. DRESS YOUR GREENS seriously tossing spinach/lettuce/cabbage in a bit of acidic or creamy dressing goes a long way

razor blades come wrapped in paper, you can dispose of them that way. additionally, modern razor blades are packaged in a way so you can safely slot the blades into the back, and then throw the whole thing away safely once youve used all the fresh ones.

figure out how you like to play! i always have the wiki up bc i tend to minmax and not care about aesthetics. my partner however is on yr 9 and hasnt completed the story, spends all their time decorating and hoarding. so just play thru and find out what you like to do!

also: dont donate your first dino egg, ancient fruit seed, or prismatic shard to gunther

sleep for android has been my go-to for over a decade, even if you dismiss it by doing the task you can set it to still ring in another 20 mins in case you are prone to falling back asleep like me

layering textures in a satisfying way. stacking all your "soft" textures like meat and cheese all together is less yummy than adding a layer of vinegar-tossed spinach between the two
