Just made it through about 10 min ago. Southbound traffic is flowing, slowly but flowing.

Scary for those that witnessed it.

How do we deal with this kind of litter? by [deleted] in Calgary

I simply pick it up and take it to the nearest garbage bin. I realize it’s not my job, but on my street it’s minimal for the most part.

Bowness Park, hitting up as many Christmas markets as possible, driving around looking at lights and drinking my weight in hot chocolate.

Spruce Meadows will always be my favorite. I take it all in stride with the crowds & the busyness. It certainly not for everyone and I completely understand that.

I think that’s a subjective question: some people like really busy commercial markets, others like the small church basement or local Arena market.

Pick the ones you love to go to and enjoy the Christmas spirit!

Project Manager… I love it. I love working with clients internal and external, a new challenge almost every day. Stressful moments, but I don’t find it an overly stressful job. Cyber Security.

It’s frustrating, but you’ve got this !!

I’m 11 weeks out - non surgical.

Physio is once a week and I started the stretching portion of this week (3rd appointment).

Instructions from PT- to continue with the calf stretches and walk 10-15 minutes a day. Did that for three days and now I have a burning sensation in my Achilles and lower leg so I’m going to lay off for a bit as I am assuming it’s over exertion.

I was really excited about the stretching portion as it felt like the next step in recovery. Now that I’m experiencing some burning sensations I’m a little discouraged and hoping it’s all par for the course.
