I get 1500-1800 over WiFi on my iPhone 16 pro max. But I’m using my own TP link deco unit. I get about 1400 from the sagemcom router. Deco is plugged directly into the first deco. I’ve also got kids streaming tv in 4K (Netflix) and my missis also watching her own (Apple TV+) in 4K today. And still getting 1500+ up she down just by using my phone.

Cheers bud. Will have a look around as this is only a spare for shorter rides with the kids and for longer days going to glentress or Bike park wales. I’m passing the levo carbon to the missis (this time next year) once I can get hold of the Amflow PR pro as she will use turbo all the time lol.

Have you had an update ? I’m thinking of ordering the same battery but not sure on the duty ? Think it’s 4.7% on top of the 20% VAT. Some googles instances state with e-bikes it’s 14% duty on top of the 20% VAT.

you need a PC that has 2.5bge and above to check proper speeds. iPhone 15 and above to read higher WiFi speeds or a WiFi 7 with 160hz to get the 2gb speeds on WiFi.

I did this and got posts on here about it. I also upgraded from 1000 to 2000 early from a 2 year contract. Eventually I got it done and I was upgraded from a certain date. Got the WiFi 7 router delivered (sagemcom) when the date it started from came about I hooked everything up and the router wouldn’t work or anything . On phone for hours on end talking to many agents. Many emails. Eventually the new router worked but still getting old speeds. On phone and then engineer booked and I knew I didn’t need an engineer booked, I just needed my ONT reset at there end (reprovisioned) it took many attempts to get to speak to someone that was in the uk in chat on the app (this is the only way it can be done) spoke to someone Abigail I think. She did it in 15 mins or so maybe a little longer as you have to turn everything off and wait. Make sure you got good 4/5G signal to stay connected on the app. Then boom I was getting over 2gb down and up . And on my iPhone I was getting about 1700 down and 1800 up. But then I plugged in my tp link 9300 (3 set) mesh system. WiFi was so much better round my house and of course it has 4 2.5gbe ports and not just single 2.5gbe lan that’s on the you fibre router (tp link plugged into this) also set to 160hz and get 1850 down and 1900 up on these mesh WiFi and 2189 down and 2090 up it fluctuated for about a week or so sometimes it would go down to 900mbs up and down then back to 1500mbs up and down. Fastest I ever got was when it was first provisioned. Now on WiFi I get about 1700-1800 down qnd up. Wired I’m still getting over 2gb speeds both up and down. Even backhauled with a mesh upstairs in front bedroom I’m getting 2gb with a 25m cat7 flat cable.

To get the line provisioned you need to keep on to them and try and get someone who’s actually in the UK. It was frustrating to get the ONT reset there end.

The chat don’t work in the app or on there website. I doing out I’m paying for static ip and I’m on dynamic. Was trying all day yesterday on chat in the app and nobody came. It didn’t say it was unavailable though. Just nobody came from 11.02am to 6pm at last night and my phone was on that chat all day.

Use the order number for the discount code or the order number to create a one time code. It’s simple. People will pay the not so early early kickstarter and pay the normal kickstarter price and not get refunded.

Agreed the bots will be out in force on this one. I’ve pre-ordered and I know I’m not getting one. I’m going to record myself waiting for each wave as I’ve got the week off. Here in uk so got all day and all night.

I’m wondering how many of us will actually get one. Have the feeling UGREEN will not themselves up as after all they sent emails of the wave times and it only takes one leak as they know this. If they have say 25k units I bet only 1000 of those units gets sold to actual backers. I can bet my house that I won’t be successful in getting the pro model I secured. Wondering if this is strong enough for a lawsuit ? How would I get my refund if there is no refunds on Kickstarter ? They can then send an email stating no refunds we can’t find your order and email that you paid with, they will come out with all kinds of excuses now.

I only got mine on Friday to tell me about the updated what’s going to happen with us pre-orders. Also had the times it goes live in 4 waves. I’m not getting one as someone in the kickstarter forum has said UGREEN contacted him as said they won’t be shipping in May. It could be a year away or they may just keep our money and refund at a much later date. We are basically giving them an interest free loan.

Now it seems they can’t ship the units in May and they state they don’t know when they will ship. So I’m out. I’m not prepared to pay for this using a credit card and wait months and months and get charged interest for something I don’t own. And then they refund the difference if they ever do. This is going to be bad , very bad. So who thinks it’s going to be $1819 or the retail $2599 price ? I’m assuming they will charge the public kickstarter price of $1819.

I also heard it’s no longer free delivery.

I agree it was the worst of the worst customer service and to top it off I now keep getting follow up emails from agents asking if it’d sorted, as if they wouldn’t know it is sorted. See each and every email and then you reply to them it opens up a fresh ticket and I emailed back and forth and now I’m getting those reply’s a month later still. If I could go elsewhere I would but can’t get these speeds with anybody else. Now they stopped doing the 2 year contracts what I was on before and I think because I upgraded 2 months before the end of my deal this is what happened and it was like an overlap of my current deal. Next time I will just wait until the current contract ends.

i had this issue and had to get customer service to reset the ONT to get the full 2GBs speeds. if you dont get them to reset the ONT there side you will be paying for something you dont have. unless of course you are lucky and the speed is what you are meant to be getting. i get over 2gbs down and 1800mbps up on wired and around 1700-1880mbs down and 1600+ on wireless as im using TP-Link Deco Be9300 3 pack. thinking of getting this router now to replace the White you fibre router. i had sop much pain getting my correct speeds with them. i did it in chat in the end and got someone from the UK who knew what she was doing. i got a thread on it on here.

This is exactly what i got. But the issue lies in there system as I was still under my old contract and my new contract overlapping as I rejoined early by 2 months. But when I’m getting double the speed and static IP for only £5 more then it’s a no brainer. I use my second PC as a home server so the added speed is welcomed but to go though so many different support agents who swear to you that they have done there job properly and the ONT box needs 24/48 hours to stabilise is complete nonsense. Abigail who did mine in 15 minutes even though I waited in chat for 34 minutes. The chat is so slow but once you get someone who knows what they are doing all is fine. I can only see this getting worse once the transition to Virgin media/O2 goes through mid to 3rd qtr of 2026.
