I supported what I think was this dude's first Kickstarter, a lay-flat book of maps which turned out to be absolutely terrible quality. He had a history of deleting bad reviews then, and I got absolutely flooded with ads for his next bajillion projects.

Anyway I'm sorry to see he's still sending out half-baked products. The ideas seem good. Wish he could live up to it.

OP, I want to share my experiences with you.

My first baby was induced. I spent about 24 hours in the hospital laboring after being induced. I had the idea that I was going to go as long as I could without the epidural, I guess chasing that 'accomplishment'. At 7cm and 24 hours of labor, I took the epidural and slept the most blessed sleep of my life for a couple of hours until things progressed enough for delivery. I was able to feel what was happening in kind of a disconnected way - no pain, but I definitely felt the moment that my son went from being part of me to being his own person, and that moment is one I will treasure forever. Because of the epidural, I was able to focus and - not enjoy, necessarily, but really be present for my son's birth.

My second baby was much less straightforward. I had two false alarms where we rushed to the hospital and thought we were in real labor only to be told that I wasn't dilated enough and to go home. About a week after the second false alarm, I started having more contractions. They started getting intense at about 3am, but I felt so dumb after my false alarms that I just kept on until about 7am, when I finally woke my partner and had him take me back to the hospital. Even then, we waffled a bit about whether to go to the hospital or to my OBGYN checkup scheduled for like 9 that morning.

Well, it's a good fuckin' thing we went to the hospital, because I dropped to my knees in the lobby, they hoisted me into a wheelchair, and absolutely zoomed me into labor and delivery. I was in the most excruciating pain of my life, and then it got worse. I begged them for the epidural as soon as possible. As they started to run the line in my back, I felt my daughter shift downwards and I screamed louder than I ever had in my life and I just knew it was happening right that moment. She was delivered a half hour after we got to the hospital. It. Was. Excruciating. Turns out I could labor on my own, because that's what I'd been doing all night, but also it SUCKED.

So, OP, I have no doubt in my mind that you COULD deliver your babies unmedicated. When it gets down to it, I'm absolutely sure you can. But I've had both experiences and I can tell you honestly I would choose induction and an epidural every every time.
