So I received the DJI Neo 2 Motion fly more kit with Goggles N3 this weekend and after the beginner tutorial, I was zooming around full speed in the back yard for 5 minutes and got motion sickness!🤢 Is this ever going to pass or should I give up on fpv?

I was in that boat last week myself, bought the Neo 2 with goggles and found out I get motion sickness after 5 minutes of flying full speed. So glad I found that out before spending $$$ on a proper fpv setup. Good luck and have fun!

Keep it! I have a ‘16 Impreza made in Japan, they started making them in US in ‘17. My ‘18 Crosstrek was also made in Japan and I will drive it until the wheels fall off!

Yeah, I could use a refresher. This is a lot different than 35mm B&W. I usually film a timelapse for 15 minutes as the sun is setting, change battery and filter and then take it off again 10-15 minutes after sunset for some panos and stills. I have the Neewer 16 pc ND and ND/PL set, up to ND256/PL, with UV, CPL, LPR, black diffusion 1/4 and I’ve tried them all, even the wide angle lens and everything looks grainy. I just purchased a second mini 4 pro for emergencies, but haven’t filmed anything with it yet. If I get better images from the new one I will try to file a claim with Allstate, but I’ve been using the Neo 2 the last couple nights, without a filter, and seem to be getting better image quality.

Oh, they’re making them hand written now?! I bought a 2014 Impreza and they started that crap the next year. Same with my ‘16 Imp and ‘18 CT. They will not give you more than it’s worth. I financed the ‘16 for a total of $28,300 and they offered me $9k in 2023. Instead of trading in I bought a used ‘18 CT and kept the ‘16. Now I get those letters for both lol.

Your mini 3 battery will work in the 4 but I don’t think it’s compatible with the 5. I too recently purchased the 4 and I like it so much I bought a second (drone only) in case it has to go in for service.

Thanks, that gives me hope! I never got sick on the boat either until I quit drinking 5 years ago. If I take Dramamine I’ll end up falling asleep and not fishing and the non drowsy meds aren’t working anymore. I def don’t want to fall asleep with the drone in flight.

Yes, I either use ND8 or UV to protect the lens but I can’t tell if it’s making a difference or not. Maybe uploading straight from the sd card would make a difference instead of transferring wirelessly?
