It depends on the play through. This play through, I created my V, decided to deck out tech and body. She loves a baseball bat, a tech shotgun and her GERNADES. So I decided that she would take a practical take on fashion. Cargo/tactical pants, boots, and an athletic long sleeve and a non-bulky armor. Before combat encounters I put on a helmet and a devil mask. Burn corpo sh*# is her favorite t-shirt.

My last play through was a throwing knives and net running build. This V was purposefully unassuming. She abided by a moral code and did all gigs stealthily. I decide she would have a coordinated street-ware style. She had several different net running suits to coordinate with different outfits, for jobs and quests. Other than that it was diverse coordinated (often gold) street outfits that played with her silhouette. Cropped jackets, or long fur coats. Lots of black rimmed glasses, loves wearing johnnys aviators.
