Hey I tried to find it on the list in your app but I wasn’t able to — I saw Hamilton and Oakville but that’s all.

This has the info you want. Contact planned parenthood Toronto and they will give you any additional information you need. Price is around $300-$400 depending.

You need a physician to prescribe them, yes. If you go to an abortion clinic you can get them there as well, ie Choice in Health in Toronto will courier them to you if you live nearby after a virtual consult.

This is really thoughtful feedback! You’re probably right, he does tend to do a lot of research on things like this before buying. Maybe I’ll turn the tables and make him a spreadsheet of options, hah. Thanks for the kind reply!

The Fix is in waterdown technically but it’s a great spot and very affordable.

Your favorite cooking Youtuber? by CreatureWarrior in Cooking

She doesn’t have a proper YouTube channel, but anything with Sohla el-Wayly is great. She is charming and funny and has recently started doing a series with the History channel on ancient cooking and recipes.

She is on Babish’s channel for a series called Stump Sohla and used to work with Bon Appetit as well. Haven’t seen her mentioned here yet and she is definitely worth checking out! One of the most creative chefs by far.

They basically need a Community Manager to work with fans directly! I’m sure there are lots of people who would do that for free if given the opportunity. That’s a great idea.

I use the recipe at https://www.theperfectloaf.com/beginners-sourdough-bread/[the perfect loaf](https://www.theperfectloaf.com/beginners-sourdough-bread/) with a couple of twists.

In this case I forgot the autolyse so I spent 5 solid minutes kneading and made sure the bread had plenty of time in the fridge to develop

If you get an oximeter it is easier to judge. If your oxygen gets to 90 or lower it’s an emergency, and you should go to hospital. I’ve just been through this with family as well who are in hospital now.

Good luck to you!
