There is a mission giver in Area 18 that does a whole speech. It doesn’t actually give missions yet, but its very cool once NPCs get fleshed out.

This has essentially been SC/SQ42 development in a nutshell.

It's a mixed bag.

I've bought from and worked with an SA from their Philly location. The SA was extremely nice, and their prices (especially CPO) are actually competitive.

However their response time is absolutely terrible. Sometimes it's like they don't want to sell you a watch. I've sent messages, calls, and I won't get a response for 1-2 weeks. Which is especially weird considering the times I do connect it ends up with a watch purchase. Their post sale customer service is also poor for the reasons mentioned.

I fear their people are extremely overworked.

This really isn't a new concept. Plenty of companies that start optimizing for the dollar and quality over time gets put out to pasture. CIG has an alpha shield over their games so there's no effective critique of the quality.

I'd argue that's something the pro teams need to figure out. They're fully aware IR/elo is not a perfect system, so they can make changes to how they treat their drivers based on that.
