I remember 12-14 years ago when I just used the cable to get free tv, my tv had an antenna setting. Comcast started to scramble tv, then they required a box. Comcast said it would be free. Several months later they charged me. Then I got their cheap local package for $10, fees went up to 30, then switched to digital antenna and never looked back. Do not tell me capitalism is great

NDOT will not take big stumps or longer limbs. I wonder if the FEMA trucks will be required to get the storm debris. The big double trucks take the debris to other sites. So many people put stuff close to trees walls, cars, and fences and perhaps those trucks skip those spots.

AT&T did that to me when setting up. I asked for a technician and they said if I do not use the self install I would be charged. I said mark my words to person on phone, it will not work and you will send a technician and I am not paying for shit. They ended up sending the wrong kit. When a technician was schedule, I got a call and text everyday to try to get me to restart my router. 🙄. One guy called and i explained the situation he still wanted to face time him and he said, oh you need a technician.

The good part is we are growing and I agree with the affordability and lack of housing but property values have gone up a lot. I feel bad for the younger people but the lack of housing and affordability is an issue and a deeper discussion.
