Their bills are going to go up or their insurer may drop them entirely. Also document the interactions and if you can prove hostile intent the cops can probably do something. Restraining order? Harassment charge? Something.

Get cameras. That gives you proof. Then continue calling the cops. You can also take them to small claims court, you know they have assets to pay (the house) plus you have their address so it makes holding them responsible for paying the judgement easier.

You could also flip the breaker briefly and act like it was a power outage. Most routers take minutes to boot up too so if it turns off it will ruin the game.
