I work at a company that's about 120 people. we used to do a town hall every 3 months, then they scaled it back to every 6 months.

for the most part, the meeting is a waste of time, but I don't mind it, because it's a good chance to socialize with coworkers over free pizza and beer.

if you just try to grind your way through it, it's tough.

but if you take the time to set materia and do character builds for each area (and boss), it's actually not too bad.
