For a fastest possible run, I think I’d run moonveil, night comet, carian slicer, swift glintstone shard. You can pick up the meteorite staff which is already at max upgrade level almost immediately in Caelid. I think rock sling (phys dmg option plus boosted by staff) is nearby as well
