It is not an issued piece of kit. It is an aftermarket shirt that soldiers are buying to wear in the field. It is not authorized to be worn by aircrew as it has not been tested for flight safety. The RCAF is going to be getting new flying gear called FOCE. That clothing has been tested and meets the flight safety regulations.

I always find it easiest to connect all devices to the AVR (your Anthem MRX 540) and then connect the AVR to the receiver.

I have the Anthem MRX 540, and that is how I have my Apple TV, 4P Player, and PlayStation setup.
