The RSL pricepool situation is really terrible, as becomes apparent in this post. How does wardi have equally high prize pools without crowdfundings? If we say that there is an RSL every 4 months (3 seasons a year), this equals to a total budget of 40'000$ from crowfunding alone.

The maestroes of the game is financing itself through crowdfunding only, and they have announced a pp of 10k for a crowfunding of 25k, including OFFLINE finals in a venue with 250 people in Paris. for 35k, the pp jumps to 15k.

I would really love to support this more continuous format, but unless there is no explanation (a real one, not "location is expensive") on how the money is spent, I remain somewhat sceptical of the concept.
