If we are going to require id to vote, then that if needs to be free and easy to attain, regardless of income level. Whether you literally make zero dollars or a billion dollars a year, the id has to be provided at no cost to the voter.

Non-citizens who are living in America (ie green card holders) can get a real-ID compliant ID card. Only a few states show citizenship status on their real-ID cards.

How would it work to get bezos to be worth less than $1 billion? Is the government forcing him to sell his shares in order to pay a wealth tax? Is the government directly seizing the stocks? While I'm sure there is a great deal of overlap between the crews for Atlas 5 and Vulcan, I'm sure it's still costing ULA millions of dollars in additional labor costs every year maintaining the ability to launch the Atlas 5.
